We are looking for a Brand Head ( SM / AGM) with a leading mobile network operator based at New Delhi.

Education : MBA from a Premier B-School

Exp : 7 yrs - 9.5 yrs

ROLE PURPOSE:

Communication Development :

- Lead a team to deliver the brand communication strategy for Delhi Circle

- Creating quality communication in Mass media(traditional and digital), OOH, Retail and for MBOs through segmented initiatives that are innovative, inspiring, impactful and recognized

- Develop media properties

- Create PR initiatives for various segments and drive the PR strategy for the circle

- Use of research to develop insights for product development and suggest interventions

- Engaging specific SEC segments with relevant programs

By Developing properties that bring relevance to consumers :

- Planning & Managing A& P budget for Consumer Marketing

Internal Communication:

- The role defines the official brand custodian for all circle communication work.

- Responsible for the adherence and Promotion of the brand philosophy across rank and file of the organisation.

- Creating quality content for external and internal communication

- Managing digital assets of the circle

- The profile entails robust handling of advertising agencies for communication development

- Planning internal engagement activities

- Amplifying local and national campaigns

- Organizing employee facing events

Compliance :

- To ensure high degree of adherence to brand guidelines across touchpoints, HSW code of conduct vis-- -vis vendors

Key KPIs :

- Leadership in brand parameters
