Job Description
- Translate business goals into brand strategy and define the Go to market strategy. Helping shape and communicate our vision and mission.
- Consumer Insights - Own customer and consumer understanding identify the barriers and triggers to purchase. Conceptualize brand led ideas that can elevate brand awareness, recall and positioning in our target segment.
- Brand Management - Responsible for increasing the brand share of voice, tracking, and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns. Strong attention to detail ensuring that all activities are in line with our brand identity and guidelines.
- Social Media Management - Own Social media for DaMENSCH across all platforms and develop a tone of voice
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of the brand's voice by defining guidelines and best practices across products and platforms
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
- Develop, test, and execute aggressive multi-channel marketing plans to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activities
