Designation : Brand Head (FMCG + Technology Startup)
Location : Mumbai.
What you bring :
- Minimum 5+ yrs of hard-core Brand management experience in FMCG, Technology ecosystem (a combination of both)
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in the fundamentals of brand marketing with a clear consumer focus
- Experience in terms of launching a new brand and scaling it
- Entrepreneurial with a high bias for action.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams (Sales, Product, Brand, Customer acquisition & retention)
- Good understanding of the offline + online media ecosystem, events activation & PR
What you will own :
- Developing an entire Brand book (including brand proposition, visual identity, brand values, extension, and own-brand perception).
- Establish Brand as a leader in the current ecosystem in India by developing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, consideration & build equity amongst all relevant stakeholders.
- Build consumer-facing properties to drive overall Brand Equity & engagement of Brand, through large scale Pan India events
- Partner with product owners and category teams to effectively market Lead products, endeavoring to break down silos and work together as "One Lead".
- Inspire and lead the agency partners (creative, media, data).
- Accountable for the optimal utilization of the marketing budget, maximizing ROI
- Support all Sales activations via Trade Marketing and be the custodian of Brand across all touchpoints
- Be the champion of Brand communication across key stakeholder communities and building organic pull across all.
