Brand Head - International Brand for international Beauty Brand JOB DESCRIPTION :&nbsp; Brand : Multi Brand E commerce/Retail organisation Job Title : Head Brand - International Brands Reporting to : COO Work Location : Gurgaon Essential Roles and Responsibilities : - Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing &amp; revenue goals - Gathering, investing and summarizing market data and trends - Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term - Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media - Budget-management skills and proficiency. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plan, scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales team meets their quota and goals. - Representing the Brand in all negotiations with channel partners and be the face for organization with the Principle. - Meeting revenue targets from all channels, EBO, MBO, Offline Chanel Partners. - Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. - Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reports on product sales. - Finalize OTB and decide on MOH based on buying and sales plan. - Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items - Competitor and customer insights analysis - Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation. - Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings - Work closely with the inventory manager and team to perform analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right SKU, maintaining solid inventory data and reduce inventory holding cost.
