Position Overview
Need a candidate responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, content, website graphics, PR and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability. Achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
Responsibilities
- Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyse research in order to identify opportunities
- Establish and maintain brand budgets
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Align the company around the brands direction, choices and tactics
Must have -
- 10 years + experience in brand management(ideally
- Core Branding experience
- Excellent exposure in Video Content creation
- Excellent command over English
- Team leading experience for 3-4 years at least
- Must have handled the following teams in the last 5 years- content, graphic, social media, offline advertisement, PR.
- Demonstrated inclination towards new media(social media, content marketing, viral content, etc)
- Excellent analytics skills
- Must be brand head currently or directly reporting to brand head
- Ecommerce background is must
- Gems and Jewellery exposure(even 1.5-2yrs experience in last 5 years is ok)
