Role:
1. Build a clear brand positioning in the minds of consumers, and execute marketing strategies that grow the current core, and new launches, both online as well as subsequently in offline
2. Define and implement brand portfolio strategy
3. Be the custodian of all the products and sub brands
4. Lead and manage agencies (creative, digital, and media) to create brand communications through Digitally led ATL and BTL campaigns rooted in insights and ensure that all
communications align with the brands positioning
5. Build brand awareness
6. Identify opportunities, guide development, and provide vision for presence on the digital medium that includes leading the strategy on social channels, video, mobile, microsites and E commerce on an ongoing basis
7. Lead the content strategy and build a strong content platform
8. In partnership with the e-comm team, liaison with key stakeholders at Amazon, Flipkart and other key channels to drive exceptional brand growth on these platforms
9. Manage budget tracking for marketing investments connected to KPIs and core metrics, be aware of the P&L levers to influence them across communications and strategy
Ideal fit:
- MBA in marketing from Tier I Top Management Institute with 10 years of relevant experience in FMCG/D2C business
- Experience in Digital Marketing & Brand Management is must
