Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Head to lead our cosmetic brand into the next phase of growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management within the cosmetics industry, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies. They will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the brand, including marketing, product development, and brand image. The Brand Head will lead a team of marketing professionals to drive brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness.

- Lead product development efforts, working closely with R&D and product teams to identify market trends and consumer needs.

- Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support brand objectives.

- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand expansion and innovation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, suppliers, and influencers.

- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and social media.

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.

- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay abreast of industry developments and competitive landscape to inform brand strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the cosmetics industry.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive growth and increase market share.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with marketing analytics tools.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for cosmetics products is a plus.
