JOB PURPOSE :
- To lead and guide the business development strategy for Products within the complete Fungicide portfolio in order to achieve budget, improve market share, improve margins and build on new opportunities while keeping the customer at the core of everything.
- Lead brand growth efforts for identified focus products with complete ownership - from insight mining to communication design and campaign implementation.
- Responsible for Portfolio strategy design & implementation
- Develop and Implement Operational plans
- Act as the key custodian of the end consumer by planning customer centric interventions
- Work in close conjunction with sales teams to develop market specific plans
- Manage demand Generation (including pre-season field activities, in-season demonstration trials' planning and management, harvest related field / market development activities);
- Devise and execute the operational Pricing and Central market funding program to deliver desired business results
- Co-ordinate with Prod. Dev.& Regulatory teams
- Manage New Product pre- launch coordination & planning
- Develop annual campaign plan, aligning resource allocation based on crop cycle; increase awareness, usage and product value
- Develop sales tools, collaterals, training to communicate core positioning and messaging
- Develop annual calendar of marketing activities Managing annual promotion budget.
- Track effectiveness of campaign /communication
