Looking for Premier B School passed out Trade Marketing/ Horeca activation guys with 2-4 years prior work experience in a MNC. - Execute Brand Engagement strategy in channel to reinforce image - Work with multiple internal and external teams to ensure Brand Engagement strategy is executed in a streamlined manner. - Work in close coordination with sales team to execute strategy across geographies. Work with Brand Engagement team and procurement team to execute program objectives in line with agreed terms. - Work with procurement, operations teams and selected vendors to ensure availability of working tools to carry out activities as planned. - Working in close coordination with the activation agency to ensure smooth execution of program deliverables. - Deploy training programs to ensure the delivery of brand messaging in a relevant, impactful and engaging way. - Thorough monitoring of all in market activities. Liaison with sales team to ensure availability of outlets for conducting the activation. Further, driving sales team to frequently visit activities in market. - Conduct in market checks to measure activity performance. Work very closely on a daily basis with 3rd party people part of the BE team in different geographies, to achieve deliverables for the overall team. Ensure all programs and activities are conducted in full compliance with local regulations
