About The Role: Looking for an experienced brand designer will join a team of designers, writers, editors and project managers, helping the brand come to life through brand identity, brand experience, graphic design, photography, illustration, and digital sites, both external and internal. The right candidate will possess both leadership skills and impeccably sharp design instincts, as well as having rich experience in both brand identity system for print and digital design. This person will be comfortable providing direction to design agency and individuals and should also enjoy rolling up their sleeves to tackle a project first-hand. Must love collaboration and embrace reinvention. Direct work in brand storytelling required. Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Maintain, update, revitalise and evolve corporate brand visual identity - including typography, photography direction, color palette, grids for layouts and tone of voice. - Work with designers to evolve the visual communication of brand and product assets, including digital storytelling and the brand's print, publication and environment design for places. - Guide design project list and prioritize inter-departmental requests - Recruit and steer freelance creatives, such as photographers and illustrators - Design campaign assets to support brand storytelling efforts, such as films or documentary series along-with campaigns team. - Collaborate with corporate brand team members to embody the brand through visual design - Steer design projects that vary in size and scale, on budget and schedule - Be an arbiter of design taste and brand voice - Create and develop educational employee tools to help others embody the corporate brand through visual design Education And Experience Required - Design Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication or Marketing Communications from a reputed institute. - 6+ years of leading visual design in brand marketing and brand storytelling Knowledge And Skills - Advanced graphic design skills - Strong organization and program management skills. - Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results. - Proven experience managing, leading, driving diverse design teams - Agency, studio and budget management. - Expert level use of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Figma.
