Customer Marketing:

- Collaborate with the internal teams to create marketing materials - press releases, case studies, video testimonials, etc.

- Build and maintain a calendar of consistent customer stories

- Write case studies based on documentation from the product marketing group

- Get them designed by working with the design team

- Build a video storyboard and work with video producers to get videos created and promoted on social (writing posts, promotions, etc)

Social Media, ORM, and Brand Management:

- Maintain the company's social posting calendar and engagement activities. Be on top of the latest trends and topical news to produce relevant and engaging content.

- Conceptualize, create, and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, infographics, videos, and other promotional materials.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.

- Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality branded content.

- Own and manage Review platforms like G2, Capterra, and Peer Insights. Run effective internal and external campaigns to drive review growth, mentions in leader reports published by these platforms, and keep the company profile updated. Work towards converting these into lead generation channels.

Event Management:

- Craft internal & owned events - conceptualize, exe-cute & promote

- Build thought leadership with these events

- Evaluate, Plan, execute, and oversee various marketing events, including but not limited to conferences, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.

- Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and post-event evaluations.
