We are looking for a Natural Storyteller, a self-motivated and talented Manager to own the Brand Communications and PR responsibilities at our Clients communications department, which works under the aegis of the Department of People & Culture.

The ideal candidate will be a Digital Content Strategist and an excellent communicator with brilliant presentation and organizational skills. In this position, you will oversee the building and owning the StoryBrand narrative for both Employer and Corporate Branding Communications, producing high-quality content that engages both Employees and Customers to drive brand recognition and reputation.

As Head of PR, you will work especially closely with external investors and partners, the finance department, HR departments, and other key business partners in developing and executing initiatives that address the business's Employer and Corporate Brand Position.

You will also serve as one of the key media contacts and representatives for the business. We believe that Happy Employees ensure Happy Customers. We expect this function to ensure that we recognize, record, and broadcast their Happy Stories to the world.

What would you do?

- Continuously Audit, measure and improve the Story Brand in all public-facing Communication Channels and properties, Digital and Offline

- It is your responsibility to oversee the creation of the business's content; for example, newsletters, blogs, social influencers, annual reports, and other marketing collateral materials.

- In addition to this, the Head of PR oversees all online web content and communications as well as social media interactions. The reason for this is to ensure that all content put out by the business, both in print and online, is edited to conform to the business's overall values and messages.

- You will create or recommend the creation of informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials that drive Corporate Brand Soft power.

- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that track, measure, record, and broadcast our Customer-First Culture viz seamless Customer Experiences, loyalty programs, referrals, testimonials, case studies, thought leadership, Analyst Relations, and Advocacy, thus attracting prospects to want to buy our products & services

Desired Skills:

- Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, International Relations, Public Relations, or relevant fields.

- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role working especially in the IT/ Software Industries (B2B experience will be an added advantage) medial background preferable.

- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure.

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
