Are you a CRM and Marketing Professional with 3-5 years of experience in the global luxury segment? We're looking for passionate individuals to join us in Tokyo, Japan, as we redefine customer engagement in the luxury industry!

Position: CRM and Marketing Professional

Location: Tokyo, Japan

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in global marketing functions

- Specialization in the luxury segment

- Analyze program performance metrics and customer feedback to optimize loyalty program effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM, loyalty programs, and luxury brand marketing.

- Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding CRM initiatives and loyalty program performance.

- At least 3 years of experience in customer analysis and CRM, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.

- Proven track record of successfully planning and implementing omni-channel loyalty programs.

- Experience working in a global organization with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Proficiency in utilizing ID-POS technology for promotional activities is highly desirable.

- Basic knowledge of luxury brand marketing principles and strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and regions.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

- Planning of innovation development and communication development based on consumer insights and understanding of global trends and changes in the environment
