Drive the brand and communication strategy across projects  2. Develop the brand identity, brand propositions, and messaging; ensure adherence to brand values and images  3. Create a brand focus; drive initiatives that support delivery of the brand promise  4. Formulate and implement PR strategies, and manage communications with PR/marketing/branding agencies  5. Develop relationships with key media outlets to secure and grow media coverage for the brand  6. Build and manage the organisation's social media profiles and presence  7. Develop communication collaterals including style guides, templates, marketing collaterals, and other materials to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.  Skills and qualifications required:  Our Brand Architect works with founding teams and is responsible for designing programmes that enhance our brand value and performance across projects.  1. A post-graduate, preferably, with experience of working on branding/communication  2. Creative genius, with a flair for design and aesthetics  3. Delivery oriented, with a strong willingness to explore and experiment  4. Comfort with design tools, like Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
