RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The role would be directly responsible for marketing of brand through mass, below the line and corporate communications - both in terms of developing short term and long term strategy as well as day-to-day execution of the strategy
- Owns marketing programs or campaigns - ATL, BTL, PR and internal communication
- ATL would include promoting the corporate brand, driving respective marketing programs PAN India ( and product marketing (partner programming in this pursuit). Also support other divisions.
- BTL would include developing on ground programs that support the objectives of the various divisions
- Proficient in development, management and implementation of corporate communications - internal and external
- Diverse experience and conversant with digital and new approaches in marketing
- Shows evidence of leadership skills and demonstrates strong analytic capability
- Understands business strategy & link to Cos objectives
Responsible for the following :
- Marketing programs
- Executing projects & analysis
- Contributes to elements of the Full year marketing plan in their area
- Leads marketing project teams that may cross marketing functions
