Salary level at which it is required: upto 13 Lacs

Experience:

- 4-6 yrs, in FMCG Industry, in the field of Organizational Development/Training Management

- Candidate should have sales and training background from FMCG company.

Qualification:

- Regular MBA from premium institute must.

Tasks :

- Responsibility of deploying and sustaining various organisational Development Tools and techniques.

- Co-ordination of various Behavioural training programmes

Requirements :

- Experience in managing training programmes in a medium to large sized organization with multiple projects/departments.

- Experience as a trainer on various soft skills/Behavioural programmes will be an added advantage

- Good communication in English and interpersonal skills

- Should be proficient in MS office tools.

- Good analytical and conceptualization skills
