- Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy, involves budgeting and ensuring highest quality service

Roles and responsibilities :

- Oversee Branch Service operations

- Manage staff under Service section

- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

- Manage budget and allocate funds along with Branch Service Accountants

- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation

- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

- Ensure service quality of highest order
