Branch Sales Manager -- MNC Sanitary ware Major
Overseeing Sales & marketing, Team Management, and Branch operations in Delhi region, forecasting monthly/ annual sales targets and executing them in a given time-frame; implementing cost saving techniques to achieve maximum profits
Developing new streams for revenue growth; analyzing market trends and chalking out measures for countering competition; organizing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort
Identifying and networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration & improved market share; monitoring distribution networks to ensure ready availability of the products at all times
Monitoring & supporting service activities at dealer network, ensuring after-sales technical support; overseeing display, stock, merchandising, involvement in complaint handling, etc. at the dealer end and taking corrective measures
Building relationships with key decision makers in target organizations to achieve business development; ensuring customer delight by achieving delivery & service quality norms in the shortest possible time
Creating a dynamic environment that motivates high performance among-st the team members and imparting guidance to junior staff; presenting regular MIS reports for senior management for decision-making
Involve in Managing a network of dealers & distributors in Delhi
Overseeing retail sales, developing & implementing annual/monthly territory level sales plan & demand generation
Reporting to Regional Head .
