- Delivery of monthly brand wise targets
- Design and implementation of BTL activities
- Design and implementation of innovative channel contests
Sales Development :
- Planning of infrastructure at dealer level and analysis of Financial Health.
- Delivery of monthly Leading Indicators, the indices used to measure health of business
- Training and Development of Field Force, a team of more than 10 members.
Commercials :
- Sales estimation and planning for ALL brands SKU-wise
- Planning for VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) stock norms SKU-wise to minimize sale loss, at dealer level.
- 3 month forecasting for all brands
- Sanctioning and processing of Claims
Candidate Requirement :
MBA - FULL-TIME
From : Tyre / Lubricant / Cement / Wallputty / Sanitaryware / Electrical fittings / Bathfittings
Kerala Market work experience current or earlier is mandatory
