1) Accountable for achieving provided targets for mortgage sales

2) DSA sourcing experience is mandatory or should have worked with DSA.

3) To analyzing the market including competitors and consumers

4) Ticket Size should be : Rs.30 Lac To Rs. 2Crore.

5) To Co-coordinating and reporting to the Area Sales Manager

6) To maintain portfolio of Collection always 100%.

7) Monitor and track implementation of defined processes.

8) To initiate marketing and promotional activities for the location.

9) Direct and co-ordinate the various marketing/sales/relationship building activities.

10) Review and approve loan application documents

11) Manage the loan origination process

12) Provide customer service to borrowers

13) Follow SOPs for loan documents collection and storage
