Branch Sales Manager - Kitchenware

We are looking to hire Branch Sales Manager - with a Leading Kitchenware company for Chennai.

1. Driving Sales targets and plan to achieve the same.

2. Should have a good understanding of Channel sales business

3. Would have 3 ASMs as direct reports and 12-14 sales officers reporting to ASM

4. Shall be responsible to handle Chennai and upcountry, Business size approx. 85crs

5. Partner with Marketing team for BTL activities and schemes for the Branch.

6. Strengthen the distribution network for greater reach.

7. Maintain relationships with the Direct Dealers / Multibrand Retail outlets for both primary and secondary.

8. Hiring & retaining the talent of the branch

9. Good command over English and Tamil
