- Responsible for the given regions, sales development, infrastructure and market coverage
- Responsible for complete process development
- Managing the Key infrastructure and upgrading the same
- Identifying the key problems in the channel distribution and addressing the same
- Improving the work quality and market hygiene
- Responsible for all trade support activities
- Team training & development
- Managing given budgets and allocating the same to the set market

Should have a minimum exposure of 1 Southern States working experience
