KRA : Budget formation
Sales and Marketing :
- Sales planning & Stock forecasting.
- Distributor management (Managing the distributor and their team)
- To initiate and liaise with Key On-Premise outlets in order to generate sales volumes on a sustainable basis.
- Plan and organize Sales Promotion activities to sustain and improve brand visibility.
- Be responsible for On-Premise merchandising, including collaterals, permanencies, tie-ups, associations.
- To effectively communicate company policy in order to stream-line the flow of business.
- Constantly monitor outstanding & take action to minimize the same. Regular collection of statutory documents.
- To plan and execute sales promotion activities in order to generate demand/ push build/ sustain & improve brand image.
