Key skills :
- Successfully set up the entire sales and distribution operation. Taking care of traditional trade sales for a region
- Responsible for end to end execution of New Product Launches
- Strategize and implement festival activations with close coordination with marketing and trade marketing teams designing brand specific shopper activations, trade schemes and team rewards
- Quarterly audit of DB infrastructure to identify gaps in market servicing and rectifying the same through beat realignment and DSR addition
- Responsible for Stock Planning at DB point to ensure availability of key SKUs as well as fringe SKUs
- Recruitment, training and developing the career of front end Sales Executives
- Ensure visibility implementation in the market based on share of shelf and company planogram
- Driving revenue growth in terms of Net sales Value (NSV) by optimizing trade spend utilization and cost to serve.
- Managing inventory and fill rates along with product freshness, by ensuring highest accuracy of demand forecast.
