MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Team management - To direct and guide team members.

Driving business - To drive the business and achieve required business plan and growth.

Channel management - To understand the requirement of each of the channel (say retail, distribution, trade, key accounts, B2Betc) and add value to the channel business.

Operations & SOPs - Ensure strict adherence of SOPs, with respect to channel and depot operations.

Depot management - Stock planning, Monitoring and control of merchandise.

Creative & innovative thinking - To come up with creative ideas of improving retail and other channel business.

Job Experience & Requirements :

Education - MBA (Full Time)

Experience Requirements :

At least 6 to 8 years of experience in a leading role.

Should have handled retail, distribution and key accounts channels.

More importantly, should have handled on-rolls team.

From :- Tiles, Sanitary-ware, Consumer Durable, Lighting, Paint, Cement
