JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : --
- Overall responsibility for delivering sales and revenue growth, and meeting gross margin targets for the Consumer Products.
- Responsible for managing the Sales Operations of the core business in the Trade / CO Owned Outlet / Modern Trade / Key Accounts & Distribution Channel
- Design strategies and plans for development of new markets and segments and oversee the smooth implementation of these, through effective management of the Sales staff & Operational staff
- Prepare the annual sales plan for products, setting stretch targets for each product/ brand/ market/ sales channel, pricing and projected margins, resources required and timeframe for the achievement of targets.
Once approved and accepted, break-down targets by channel and assign personal targets to sales teams.
