Ctc - 10 lac to 13 lac ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

POSITION - Branch Sales Manager

LOCATION :- Ghaziabad

REQUIREMENT :

Branch AOP target achievement through dealers present in assigned region.

- Assess local market conditions and identify current prospective sales opportunities and also keep and an eye on product mix as per company objectives.

- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

- Meet goals and metrics, outstanding control to ensure smooth billing.

- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development & motivation.

- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs

- Network to improve the presence/sustenance and reputation of the branch and company

- Team management - Handle a team of first line and second line employees

Desired Profile :

Experience:

7 - 9 years of relevant industry (building materials) experience out of which atleast 2-4 years should be in supervisory capacity, local market experience will be an advantage.
