Branch Sales Manager - Building Material

We have few very urgent position in one of the best and established brand in building material organization :-

Position : Branch Sales Manager

Location : Chennai, Cochin ( 1 position each )

CTC - 7 lac to 11 lac ; depending upon current CTC, experience, interview status etc.

Requirement :

- To administer channel/project network/sales of the branch/location in the assigned territory & supervise a team of executives

- Manage Channel Partners - Develop & Consolidate the Primary Sales

- Manage Organization Structure and Sizing

- Demand generation in Secondary Sales & identify new Markets for expansion

- Manage Order Processing

- Coordinate with BAT in Managing POP Material

- Coordinate in Managing Leads

- Manage Complaints

- Provide Information and Manage databases and MIS

- Manage Inventory

Desired Profile :

Age : 27 to 32 years

Educational Qualification : Min 60 % in XII & 50 % in Graduation, MBA/PGDBA (Marketing) preferred (from a reputed institute)

Experience :

- 07 - 12 years of relevant industry (building materials) experience out of which 3-4 years should be in supervisory capacity, local market experience will be an advantage.
