Job Description
- Generation of leads through business development activities in large corporate and catering them towards their real estate requirements.
- Relationship with the Developers, Brokers, Clients
- Experience in Transaction Management
- Relationships with Builders & Identifying the new Builders
- Conducting site visits
- Coordinating with legal and technical team to ensure the smooth occupation of property by the clients.
- Providing complete end to end real estate solution to the major corporate clients.
- Experience in handling IT/ITES
- Negotiation
