Branch Relationship Manager, Loyalty Channel

1) Must have team lead experience for 2 years

2) Stability on an avg. of 3 years.

3) Insurance experience minimum of 7-8 years

4) Should be from Life Insurance (Direct/Agency/BANCA)

5) His / he Age should not be more than 40 years

6) Should be Generating at least Rs. 1.5 Cr+ Business annually in the Current or Last Company

7) Would recruit and train subordinates

8) Should be having excellent selling skills and customer centric approach

9) Should maintain persistency of over 85%
