Major Responsibilities :
- To have a flair to promote NSDL product to new clients and enhance the existing clientele relationship by understand client needs and develop plans to address them.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
- Create a Sales plan and matrix which is to be result oriented.
- Aim to preserve customers and also get in new customers to the product platform of NSDL
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships
- Gain good knowledge of competitors
Requirements :
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Development. Candidate having experience in BFSI sector will be preferred.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred with the knowledge of capital market
- Problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
Qualification : MBA Sales and Marketing is preferred
