Location: Kolkata/ Anywhere in West Bengal Professional Qualification: MBA (from premier B-school) Work Experience: 10-15 years (preferably in Consumer Durable/Tyres/Paints/FMCG/Telecom industry) KRA's and Responsibilities: - Will be responsible to direct all operational aspects of Branch including Distribution, Channel Sales, Human resources, administration, and sales. - Will assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. - Will be responsible to develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues. - Managing budget and allocating funds along with Branch Accountants. - Bringing out the best of branches personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. Candidates having strong experience in Branch Management, stable in job and MBA from premier B-school will be given preferences.
