Reporting to : Regional Operations Manager

Location: Udaipur/Bhilwara

Job Responsibilities:

- Non Discrepancy Checking (NDC) of mortgage loans.

- Knowledge of Title documents i.e. Pre disbursement, Post Disbursement (PDD) and Over the Counter (OTC)

- Manage the repository & digitization of title documents,

- Repayment mode management,

- CERSAI charge creation and settlement

- Ensuring seamless services to internal / external customers on turnaround time as per internal Service Level Agreement (SLA).

- Coordination with different business and functional areas such as sales, credit underwriting, IT, etc.

- Improve operational efficiency by reviewing the various activities and measuring performance against internal benchmarks.

- Complete ownership of the support services, including vendor management, Business Continuity Plan.

- Responsible for managing audits including internal statutory audits and complying with audit recommendations.
