Responsibilities:
- Manage the level of service quality to ensure high quality customer satisfaction with all aspects at branch banking.
- Process Improvement
- Ensure a high standard on compliance & controls in the branch
- Maintain a high level of employee morale & satisfaction.
- Expenses monitoring
- Branch administration
- ATM operations
- Managing key customer relationships in the Bank
- Direct & close coordination with different units.
- Focusing on compliance & controls whilst managing customer expectations
- Building rapport with other Units/businesses in the Bank
We are looking for Post graduate/MBA-2007,2008 and 2009 batch from Tier-2 b-schools
or
MBA-2003,2004 and 2005 batch from Tier-3 Institutes
