We are looking for a dynamic and high energy professional from a similar industry background with experience in selling Recurring/Fixed deposits and having local contacts and network/teams.

Job Description

- Responsible for branch operations and branch roll outs

- Ensuring the recruiting and development of agents/advisors, through a dedicated team of BDO’s.

- Target areas are both rural and urban.

- Meet Branch targets (Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly)

- Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents / advisors.

- Training of BDO’s to help in the development of agent / advisors - prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits through various training program.

- Conduct weekly performance review (PRP) with BDOs.

- Ensure that BDO’s under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations.

- Supervise the activity plan of all BDO’s to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.

- MIS as per Head Office requirements

- Cash and Bank Management

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education :(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) OR (PG - MBA/PGDM)

- Min 7-10 yrs of experience in deposit mobilisation

- Excellent understanding of saving products

- Candidates from Financial Investments,credit cooperatives, Investment Banking, Insurance , distribution agencies etc

- Strong Investment experience, with good contacts, network, relationship management.

- Self driven with excellent communication skills.

- Good sales track record, and should have managed a large team.

- Well versed with local market and should have worked in the designated areas.
