Contactx Resource Management Requires Branch Manager for our Chennai branch

Job Location:Chennai (Egmore)

Salary is not a concern for good candidate

Candidate Profile:

- Relevant at least 2 years BD and Team Handling experience

- Good Communication Skills

Key Expectations from this Position:

Responsible for PnL of Chennai Branch of Contactx

- Roll out Client Acquisition strategy for the Southern Region and develop delivery capability in Chennai Branch to counter the same.

- Develop all marketing collaterals required for the purpose of Positioning Contactx as a leading Recruitment Service Providers.

- Responsible for Self/ Team Targets.

- Meet various HR Heads and Talent Acquisition Heads convince them of our delivery Capabilities.

- Make preliminary Proposals, understand the scope of work, and carry out the preliminary process of negotiations with the Clients.

- Ensure understanding of the requirements and positions by the delivery team and ensure delivery is done.

- Maintain Focus on assignments from a CTC of 5L – 35 L PA.

- Map the Account and ensure that Client-wise and overall revenue Targets are met.

- Keep in regular touch with all the Clients on a regular Basis and help the Consultants to get timely feedback / Closures and ensure that Service Levels are met.

- Develop Relationship with clients and ensure that assignments are given to Contactx On an Exclusive Basis.

- Network with Various HR professionals thru the Professional Networking Sites.

- Track foreign companies wanting to setup operations in India and set up a process of sustained communication with them.

- Other Services to be Marketed:

- RPO

- Recruitment Projects

- Exclusive Retainer-ship Assignments.

- MNC Start-up Businesses / Green Field Projects.

- Key Business Areas:

- Ensure that all the acquired client are above a Turnover of min Rs.500 Crores.

- Ensure Repeat Business from the Clients.
