- Post-graduate / CA and must have cleared NCFM certification exam for equity cash and derivatives modules.

- At least 7 years in Capital Market with last 2 years as Branch Manager

- Candidate should have a Branch manager experience of 4 years in a stock-broking firm.

- Ability to bring in large volume trading clients. Will be responsible for branch profitability in the equity broking segment

- Candidate should have intensive market experience, Should have exposure of equity Markets.

- He should be able to lead the team & should have thorough knowledge of Local Capital Market.

- Candidate should have good understanding of Equity related Sales & processes
