Job Purpose: To ensure achievement of sales volumes, market share, and profitability targets as budgeted. Key Responsibilities: SALES - To monitor the sales on day to day basis - Ensuing Product Mix in the sales - Ensuring cheque along with Permits - Monitoring Competitors activity in Market - Monitoring effective use of POP materials along with Co's products prominently displayed at all RETAIL SHOPS - Working with Field Force in Market - Provide effective customer service OUTSTANDINGS - Control on outstandings - Ensuring timely payment from Distributors/Govt Agencies, as per the stipulated time given to them. - Control of Branch Imprest - Control on journey plan for the Field Force in order to reduce expenditure while covering the maximum territory. PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES : - Monitoring Schemes in RETAIL TRADE and DISTRIBUTORS. - Monitoring and implementing successfully promotional activities from time to time - Monitor and report competitor activity Reporting to - Regional Sales Manager Job holder profile Qualifications: MBA in Sales &amp;Marketing from premier B School. Experience required: Experience in all the areas mentioned above. Total 6+yrs.Should have experience in FMCG industry Job essentials: Having the ability to build a rapport with all the distributors, consumers and staff Language(s) required: - English: fluent, fluency in the local language.
