Location: Kolkata/Anywhere in West Bengal/Bihar and Jharkhand/Assam Professional Qualification: MBA (from reputed institute) Work Experience: 10-15 years (preferably in Consumer Durable/Tyres/Paints/FMCG/Telecom industry) KRA's and Responsibilities: - Will be responsible to direct all operational aspects of Branch including Sales, Distribution, Channel Sales, Human resources, administration, and sales. - Will assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. - Will be responsible to develop and execute branch sales strategies to maximize revenues. - Managing budget and allocating funds along with Branch Accountants. - Bringing out the best of branches personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. Candidates having strong experience in Branch Management, sound reading habits and stable in job will be given preferences.
