Position : Branch Manager

Location : Bangalore

Salary : 10,00,000 to 20,00,000

- Heading NRI Broking Desk, NRI Advisory and NRI Product training for the North Region.

- Interacting with HNI, NRI and corporate Clients to introduce Demat, Trading online and offline services.

- Handling Branch Management Trainees, Deputy Managers, Managers, Branch Dealers and ensuring the team to deliver their targets.

- Guiding and Managing Managers to enable achievement of Brokerage Targets.

- Assisting my team for Acquisition of new HNI and Corporate accounts to generate brokerage income.

- Interacting with NRI clients to share extensive research based information on stock market.

- Collecting cash margins on regular basis to ensure quality trading and restructuring the client’s portfolio as per stock market conditions.

- Client profiling involving understanding their risk & return profile.

- Analyzing trends of stock market and Utilize the Research information to develop marketing intelligence for better performance.

- Interacting with various clients to ascertain rendering of quality service and collate feedback on product performance to recommend product improvisations.

- Supervising, building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.

- Enhancing the branch productivity and profitability through internal process and external sales activities.

- Leading the team of 6 Relationship managers & Operation manager.

- Ensuring the provision of complete financial solutions to the HNI & retail customers.

- Developing the branch as a strong financial institution through market penetration and business growth.

- Manage the P & L account for the center and achieve the revenue target. Also manage the center costs and enhance constant growth in terms of profitability for the center as well as per employee contribution.
