A person is responsible for all the sales & marketing related activities in specified territories covered by Branch.
Looking for an experienced and high-energy Branch manager. The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales in his sales territories with the help of team of 15 sales & service staff. The successful candidate will be energetic, persuasive and well organized and able to demonstrate the ability to sell.
Define and execute appropriate sales strategies; business development, marketing, technical, training and after sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability for his branch.
You will be responsible for :
1. Leader for your Branch :
- Leading Branch Office & sales & service team, ensuring maximum performance as per decided targets for your branch
- Recruit & Train (With the help of HO) & developing new members of the sales team as well as managing budgets for your branch.
- Coordinate with HO central sales team as well as manufacturing team for new developments, deliveries & customer support.
2. Personal Sales Master :
- As our product is the most expensive in India, you should have ability to convince customer on technical ground.
- Constant business development by Marketing Campaign, Conferences, Organizing Seminars / Webinars as well as Exhibitions at branch level with the help of HO..
- Adding new customers, finding customer needs & offering solutions with our technology & product. Also planning and executing customer visits.
- To get timely completion of turnkey installation of system as well as big projects. Also providing after sales service & support efficiently, to close customer complain within shortest possible shortest time.
3. Partnership & Affiliation Creator :
- Supporting HO by Collaborating with OEMs (Machine manufacturer) & Mould makers for direct selling & indirect promoting our products.
- Regular Connection & liaison with Raw material suppliers in your branch to get Market updates & promote business.
4. System Implementer :
- Effective use of Mobile Service App with the help of Service head to make Prasad Group the best service support company.
- Implement CRM successfully at your branch with the help of HO by inspiring, educating & disciplinary actions.
- Managing branch expenses, sales and service engineers expenses etc and clearing timely customer outstanding against sales of goods as well as service & spares.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation from any reputed University. Post graduate in Management would be added benefit.
- Min 10 -15 years of experience in selling Capital Machinery / Equipment at branch.
- Must be great people's person to inspire, problem solver & conflict resolution.
- Robust leadership abilities and an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude.
