Branch Manager - Sales - Life Insurance

Position : Branch Manager

Location : Any branch in Western Line

CTC : up to 14 to 16 lacs depending on Current CTC

1. To plan and achieve branch business targets in the area of number of agents, productivity, new premium, persistence of business.

2. Branch Manager role is a comprehensive role entailing aspects of Branch P&L, Building Distribution and managing the Customer Service at the Branch

3. Draw up elaborate plans for recruitment of agents, their training, mentoring etc.

- Recruit quality resource

- Ensure performance standards of recruitment, activation, policies & premium are met by the assigned agency managers.

- Maintain the profitability :

a. Of the advisor

b. Of the Branch.

4. Provide support to AM by participating in sales/recruitment

5.Recommend product and process improvement to the company
