Job Duties :
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, administration and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
- Meet goals and metrics
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Maintaining and increasing export/import sales.
- Reaching the targets and goals which shall be set for Mumbai.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base.
- Servicing the needs of existing customers & increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analysing sales figures.
- Work closely with Operations to deliver high level of service to clients
- To handle team to 10-14 people.
