Branch Manager - Sales - Consumer Durable

We have been retained by a Leading Consumer Durable client to hire Sales Manager to be based at Hyderabad.

Role Purpose :

The Person would be Managing-on role team.

- To drive sales/ collection targets (Volumes - primary and secondary, mix, volume) for the defined geography/accounts in line with the business plan of the branch.

- Adherence and implementation of the commercial disciplines including costs. Implementation of promotional schemes and motivation of sales force. Ensuring that Sales processes and disciplines are in place and are being followed.

- Accountable for Target setting and achievement of Sales Volumes (Primary and Secondary), collections objectives for the geography/channel in consultation with the BM

- Increase optimization of available resources to drive mix improvement

- Periodic review and monitoring of the achievements vis-a-vis the set targets and taking corrective action when required.

- Ensure Cross-functional efficiency between working of the commercial, sales, service and C&FA organisation

- Continuously monitor TP performance and plug gaps towards optimization of performance levels.

- Implementation of sales processes & disciplines in the branch

- Ensure implementation of local sales promotional activities

- Educating and training of branch employees on product and ensuring this is cascaded down to the field - Sales promoters/Dealer sales force

Education : MBA-Full time- 6+ Years Experience into CD/FMCG/Paints etc. Should be Managing on role team for Min 2+ Years.
