Branch Manager - Sales - Air Conditioner Segment - Consumer Durable (8-12 yrs)
We have a Branch Manager opportunity for a leading consumer durable company in-home appliance and home electronics.
Product - Air Conditioner
Handle entire Branches all over Maharashtra
Should have expertise in different modes of Go-to-Market (Distribution, direct dealers, wholesalers)
- Should have handled channel partners in past roles
- To manage the sales operations & P&L Responsibilities
- Responsible for the training and development of Sales staff of dealers, distributors & outlets from time to time and giving them tips to counter-attack competition
- Responsible for establishing Distributors & Direct Dealers networks.
- Market mapping/Intelligence and appointing and expanding dealer network and thereby increasing the market share.
- Responsible for achieving primary and secondary objectives of the company.
- Analyze and compare sales plans with the sales forecast and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales.
- Appointing and developing appropriate channel partners as per the need of the territory. Discovering sales opportunities and constantly expand the reach of products.
Job Location - Mumbai
Work Exp - 8-12 years if from Premier B-School,
12-15 years if otherwise Should be holding similar responsibilities in current or past organizations
