- Must be from FMCG, Food Processing, Beverage, Personal Care Industry.
- Regional Role
- Coordinating with RE managers to share geo specific insights on GTM & driving GTM strategy on the ground through Field teams
- Working with the Branch Finance Manager to ensure efficiency & effectiveness in all spends wrt trade / in-store etc.
- Analysis of market share and ND/WD/internal data points/ITT/STT figures to arrive at the optimum strategy in that state w.r.t. to category growth & share growth.
- Conceptualising in-market solutions to tap local business opportunities, and liaising with field teams for the successful implementation of the same.
- Develop communication plan for Field team, RE's and for Key large customers
- Successful execution of RE-wise activations that are planned
- Work closely with Regional Managers to identify opportunities and actioning Go-to-Market strategies
- Work as part of Retail Marketing with RE managers and Brand Managers to close quarter activation grids by category / brand / geography.
