Branch Manager - Retail Banking

Opportunity as Branch manager (Retail Bank Branches) in Leading Bank in Delhi/NCR.

Job responsibility

- Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationship

- Planning and delivering effectively sales strategy

- Monitoring the progress of new and existing financial products (Savings a/c, current a/c, investment products, loan products)

- To develop strategies to satisfy the expectations and demands of customers and working with staff and customers to achieve targets

Key Skills

- Has the knowledge of banking products and services

- Ability to delegate and supervise day to day operations of staff in the branch.

Experience - Minimum 10 years.
