The primary functions include:

- Profitability Management: Ensuring and enhancing profitability for the branch.

- Target Setting & Management: Overseeing branch targets in terms of numbers and volumes.

- Portfolio Quality Management: Implementing superior underwriting practices and collaborating closely with collections.

- Cost Management: Supervising all branch operating costs, including acquisition and operational expenses.

- People Management: Motivating the team, handling HR tasks, and managing branch administration.

- Customer Experience Management: Ensuring exceptional customer experiences and addressing service issues related to collections, pre-closures, and general service matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Business:

- Attain contributed value targets set for the branch.

- Achieve sales volumes across multiple products, maintaining quality sourcing and underwriting diligence to meet targets while mitigating delinquencies and fraud.

- Deliver superior customer experiences.

- Manage turnaround times for credit and processing.

- Minimize discrepancies pre and post disbursal.

Monitoring Performance:

- Monitor branch performance across key drivers such as contributed value, volumes, profitability, expenses, and losses.

- Ensure employee retention and productivity.

- Oversee customer experience metrics.

- Track individual employee performance and strive to maximize productivity.

People Management:

- Motivate and develop the branch team.

- Encourage excellence within the branch team.

- Manage and mentor team members to reduce attrition.

- Conduct regular meetings with branch staff.

- Provide constructive feedback and solicit input from team members.

Mandatory Skills:

- 7-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Retail Assets.

- Ability to plan and execute tasks effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

- Capability to foster a professional work culture that promotes enthusiasm and teamwork.

- Understanding of credit and operational risks.

- Ability to manage and implement change with full ownership.
