The position holder will be responsible for driving the business of group brands in entire Karnataka. Handling a team size of 10-12 and having a clear vision on business growth.
Major Responsibilities /Activities of this Job :
1) Team management- To direct and guide team members.
2) Driving business- To drive the business and achieve required business plan and growth.
3) Channel management- To understand the requirement of each of the channel (say retail, distribution, trade, key accounts, B2B etc) and add value to the channel business.
4) Operations & SOPs- Ensure strict adherence of SOPs, with respect to channel and depot operations.
5) Depot management- Stock planning, Monitoring and control of merchandise.
6) Creative & innovative thinking- To come up with creative ideas of improving retail and other channel business.
