Branch Manager - NBFC

Exp : 7 - 15 Years

Branch Manager with a leading NBFC - Ahmedabad

a. 3-4 years as a branch leader and experience of handling team size of 15 - 20 sales force.

b. Managing branch profitability for 3 - 4 years

c. Handling client of our target segment with ROI @ 15 % to 19 % for LAP

d. both product BL and LAP preferably.

e. Sourcing, basic credit and collections etc.

- Managing Team of 20 plus including Sales & distribution, Credit, Operations and Collections.

- Driving products like Loan against property, Home loans through direct sales team, connector and DSA channel Accountable for Sales, Credit, Operations and Collections.

- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.

- Address and Adhere customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly. Excellent organizational skills.

- Command in leadership and human resources management skills. Excellent network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

- Responsible to bring out the best of branch personal by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
